What insurances do you participate in?
We participate in most major insurance companies. As the list updates frequently, call the office with your particular insurance information to see if we take it. You can also look up your insurance company's website or call them to see if she is a listed provider.
MVP, BCBS of New York, Cigna, Oxford, Multiplan, Guardian, United Health care, 1199, Wellcare, CDPHP etc.
Do you bill insurance for the Complementary Medicine component of your practice?
We do not bill any insurance for Complementary Medicine.
Directions to the office?
We are on IBM Road, off Rte 9 in the KANDR Bldg, located between Hertz and Avis.
What are your hours?
Office hours are by appointment only. M-Thus, 9-3 and one Sat a month 9-12.
